I’m Evangeline Chima, and I'm dedicated to helping professionals like you unlock your full potential. With over 25 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, and coaching, I’ve been able to guide countless individuals on their journey to success.
As the founder of Black Mentorship Inc., I’ve worked to break down barriers and create opportunities for Black professionals across industries. My own experiences with systemic racism and bias as a Black woman in Canada fueled my passion for mentorship and advocacy.
